We are also in process of registering our project as required under RERA. All amenities and services to be provided with the apartment and buildings, housing complexes will be defined at the time of registration of the project.

3.All our projects are large housing complexes and are developed in phases, we are in process of defining the phase of each project and register the same before the Real Estate Authority( Authority),which would take some time, and at the time of registration we will give particulars of all phases as required under RERA, along with amenities that will be provided with each project.

4.The contents of the website are artistic impressions/schematic representations of the project and are indicative and not final. No furniture/accessories shown usually with the advertisement will be provided with any apartment. Those are included only for purpose of pictorial representation and possible manner in which interior of the apartment can be done. Please note even interior decoration shown in the pictorial representation, may not be possible for you to do, due to size and dimension of your apartment, you are therefore advised before acquiring the apartment to take independent view from your interior decorator for possible use in the manner as shown in the advertisement.

5.All amenities via garden, swimming pool, recreation ground, club house etc. Unless described in the agreement as part of the project, should not be considered as common area as defined in RERA that will be provided to use of the apartment owners.
